Opinion

Motion to amend remittitur granted. Return of remittitur requested and, when returned, it will be amended by adding thereto the following: Upon the appeal herein, there was considered and rejected the contention that, under the Federal antitrust laws, appellant was entitled to the relief he sought.

Motion for a stay associated with amendment of remittitur dismissed (US Code, tit 28, § 2101, subd [f]). [See 40 NY2d 936.]
