In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the appeal is from an order denying a motion to dismiss the third-party complaint, pursuant to rule 106 of the Rules of Civil Practice and section 193-a of the Civil Practice Act. Order, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Wenzel, Acting P. J., Beldock, Murphy, Ughetta and Kleinfeld, JJ., concur.
