M.O. v. State
779 So. 2d 389, 2000 Fla. App. LEXIS 7534, 2000 WL 783400
Opinion
M.O. challenges an order finding him guilty of resisting an officer without violence and placing him on community control. We affirm the lower court’s finding of guilt, as well as M.O.’s community control sentence. See § 985.231(l)(a)l.d., Fla. Stat. (1999); T.J. v. State, 743 So.2d 1158 (Fla. 2d DCA 1999) (en banc).
Affirmed.
