Opinion

LATTIMORE, J.

Conviction in district court of Kerr county of selling intoxicating liquor; punishment, one year in the penitentiary. The record is before us without any bills of exception or statement of facts. The indictment appears to be in legal form, and the charge of the court- fairly presents the law of the case. Finding no error in the record, the judgment will be affirmed.
