This proceeding pursuant to article 78 of the Civil Practice Act to review a determination of respondent which dismissed petitioner from the Police Department of the City of New York has been transferred to this court (Civ. Prae. Act., § 1296). Determination unanimously confirmed, without costs. No opinion. Present — Wenzel, Acting P. J., Beldock, Hallinan and Kleinfeld, JJ. Murphy, J., deceased.
