Opinion

ORDER

¶ 1. This matter came before the Court en banc on the Mississippi Bar’s Motion to Dismiss without Prejudice the Formal Complaint. After due consideration the Court finds that the motion is well taken and should be granted.

¶ 2. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Formal Complaint and this disciplinary proceeding are dismissed without prejudice, with the Mississippi Bar to bear its own costs.

¶ 3. SO ORDERED.
