Action to recover for personal injuries and property damage sustained when plaintiff, crossing defendant’s tracks in a horse-drawn vehicle, was struck by defendant’s trolley car. Judgment in favor of plaintiff unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Davis, Johnston and Taylor, JJ.
