Opinion

GUIDRY, Judge.

For the reasons assigned in the companion ease of Lenes Joubert versus State of Louisiana through the Louisiana State Park and Recreation Commission, 345 So.2d 220, our Docket Number 5874, the judgment of the trial court is amended so as to reduce the award to plaintiff to the principal sum of $11377.00. Except as amended said judgment is affirmed. Defendant-Appellant is to be taxed with such costs of this appeal as are assessable under LSA-R.S. 13:4521.

AMENDED AND AFFIRMED.
