In an action to enjoin the unlawful use of trade secrets, for damages and other relief, order denying appellants’ motion under rules 106, 102 and 103 of the Rules of Civil Practice, affirmed, insofar as appeal is taken, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Adel, Wenzel, MacCrate and Beldock, JJ., concur.
