PER CURIAM.

After review of the record, it appears that the personal representative of the ap-pellee followed Rule 5.040(a) of the Florida Probate Rules to the letter, and that formal notice was properly given. We, accordingly, affirm the Amended Order Determining Homestead Status of Real Property.

AFFIRMED.
