Opinion

PER CURIAM:

In this claim, submitted for decision based upon the pleadings, claimant seeks payment of the sum of $92.65 for services rendered to Denmar State Hospital. In its Answer, the respondent admits the validity of the claim and that there were sufficient funds remaining in its appropriation for the [471]*471pertinent fiscal year from which the claim could have been paid. The Court, therefore, makes an award in the amount requested.

Award of $92.65.
