Conviction in district court of Knox county of selling intoxicating' liquor; punishment, one year in the penitentiary. The record is before us without any statement of facts or bills of exception. The indictment is in correct form, and is followed by the charge of the court. Finding no error ini the record, the judgment will be affirmed.
