Opinion
We treat the appellant’s motion for clarification/remand and other relief as a response to the Court’s order dated June 20, 2000. Having considered the response and relief sought therein, we dismiss the appeal for lack of jurisdiction. Cf. McGurn v. Scott, 596 So.2d 1042 (Fla.1992). This dismissal is without prejudice to the appellant’s right to seek review upon entry of a final order.
