OPINION

Upon hearing, it was stipulated and agreed by and between counsel, that the recital of facts in the opinion of the trial court should be considered as supplemental to the agreed statement of facts on file.

The judgment of the "court of common pleas is therefore affirmed. Exceptions may be noted.
