Proceeding under article 78 of the Civil Practice Act to review a determination of the respondent Conservation Commissioner which sustained certain charges preferred against the petitioner, a game protector, and removed him from office. There was substantial evidence to justify the administrative determination. Determination unanimously confirmed, without costs. Present— Foster, P. J., Heffeman, Brewster, Deyo and Coon, JJ.
