Action upon two dishonored cheeks issued by the defendant in payment of debts of the corporation of which he was president. Order granting summary judgment for the plaintiff and judgment entered thereon unanimously affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Carswell, Tompkins, Davis and Johnston, JJ.
