Opinion
Order, so far as appealed from, unanimously modified so as to allow examination on items 1 to 8 inclusive, and, as so modified, affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the appellant. The items allowed are material and necessary. The date for the examination to proceed shall be fixed in the order. Settle order on notice. Present — Peck, P.
