Contract. On a stipulation by the parties wherein plaintiff waives all claims against the defendant and admits liability to the defendant in the amount of $100,000 on its counterclaim, it was ordered that plaintiff’s petition be dismissed with prejudice and judgment entered for defendant for $100,000.
