Opinion

Suit for salary; Government employee entitled to veteran’s preference.

In accordance with an offer of plaintiff to compromise, which was accepted by defendant, and a stipulation filed by the parties, and upon a report of a commissioner recommending judgment in the agreed amount, it was ordered that judgment for the plaintiff be entered in the sum of $3,055.
