Opinion
— In a separation action, order granting respondent’s motion for temporary alimony and legal expenses modified on the law and the facts by striking out the figures, “ $20,” “ $300,” and “ $150,” and substituting in place thereof, respectively, “ $12.50,” “$150,” and “ $75.” As thus modified, the order is affirmed, without costs. In view of the appellant’s earnings, the awards were excessive. Carswell, Acting P. J., Johnston, Adel, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ., concur.
