YATES, Presiding Judge.

The Alabama Supreme Court has reversed this court’s judgment of December 3, 1999, and has remanded the case. See Ex parte Life Ins. Co. of Georgia, 810 So.2d 744 (Ala.2001). The judgment of the trial court is affirmed.

AFFIRMED.
