TORBERT, Chief Justice.

The petition fails to allege any of the grounds for issuance of a writ of certiorari listed in Rule 39(c), A.R.A.P. Since these grounds are the only bases for jurisdiction in this Court, the petition is hereby denied.

WRIT DENIED.
