Government contract. On a stipulation by the parties in which an offer by the plaintiff to accept $36,500 in full satisfaction of its claim, which offer was accepted by the defendant, and in which the plaintiff admitted liability to defendant in the full amount of $29,500 on defendant’s counterclaim, and agreeing to a net judgment of $7,000 in favor of plaintiff, judgment was entered for $7,000.
