Opinion

In an action to annul a marriage on the ground of fraudulent misrepresentations, amended judgment in favor of defendant reversed on the law and a new trial granted. In an action of this kind it is essential that there be findings of fact and conclusions of law, so that on appeal it may appear that there was a ruling as to plaintiff’s credibility. Lazansky, P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Close, JJ., concur.
