Appeal by plaintiff from an order denying the motion of the defendant Silberstein to dismiss the complaint upon the ground that it does not state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action. Order affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. Appellant’s time to answer is extended until ten days from the entry of the order hereon. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Johnston, Adel, Taylor and Close, JJ., concur.'
