WOODARD, J.

For the reasons found in the companion case rendered this date under the caption number 99-1760 Francois v. Alexander, et al., (La.App. 3 Cir. 4/5/00); 771 So.2d 656, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed in part and amended in part. Costs of this appeal are assessed to the Appellees.

AFFIRMED IN PART AND AMENDED IN PART.
