Opinion

REID, Judge.

This case is a companion case with the case of Thibodaux et al. v. Potomac Insurance Company, La.App., 201 So.2d 159, No. 7089. This case and the appeal in No. 7090 and the Thibodaux No. 7089 were consolidated for trial, separate judgments to be rendered in each and were argued as one case in this Court, separate decision to be reached in each case.

For the reasons set out in our Opinion in Appeal No. 7089 the judgment of the Lower Court in this case is hereby affirmed.

Affirmed.
