Supreme Court of Florida·Decided January 14, 1949·Published

Opinion

The question presented on this appeal is whether the evidence, when considered as a whole, establishes a sale or a conditional sale of some oriental rugs. We have studied the record, examined the briefs of counsel and heard oral argument *Page 305 at the bar of this Court. We fail to find error in the record.

Affirmed.

TERRELL, Acting Chief Justice, and CHAPMAN, HOBSON and BROWN, JJ., concur.
