JUDGMENT
Michael Fred Houston, Appellant Appeal from the 124th District Court of Gregg County, Texas (Tr. Ct. No. 46857- No. 06-24-00023-CV v. B). Panel consists of Chief Justice Stevens and Justices van Cleef and Rambin. The State of Texas, Appellee Memorandum Opinion delivered by Justice van Cleef.
As stated in the Court’s opinion of this date, we find that the appeal should be dismissed for want of jurisdiction. Therefore, we dismiss the appeal. We note that the appellant, Michael Fred Houston, has adequately indicated his inability to pay costs of appeal. Therefore, we waive payment of costs.
