Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We treat this non-final appeal from an order declining jurisdiction over child custody and visitation pursuant to the UCCJA as a petition for writ of certiorari. See Bedingfield v. Bedingfield, 417 So.2d 1047 (Fla. 4th [264]*264DCA 1982), rev. dismissed, 427 So.2d 736 (Fla.1983). We deny the petition.

WARNER, FARMER and GROSS, JJ., concur.
