Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Trades Council appeals the trial court’s order denying its motion to intervene in the lawsuit between Independent Enterprises and Fitzpatrick. Finding that appellant has failed to show the direct and immediate interest which entitles a litigant to intervene in an action between other parties, [671]*671Faircloth v. Mr. Boston Distillers Corp., 245 So.2d 240 (Fla.1970), we affirm.

Affirmed.
