In an action for a separation, the appeal is from an order awarding respondent $45 a week alimony pendente lite and $400 counsel fees. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Beldock, Ughetta, Hallinan and Kleinfeld, JJ., concur.
