Orders, so far as appealed from, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. All concur. (The portions of orders appealed from deny defendant’s motions to examine plaintiff and witnesses before trial in an action to recover damages sustained in the purchase of mortgages on realty on which assessments had not -been paid.)
