In an action to recover for losses sustained with respect to investments made by plaintiff, through the medium of the defendants, on the ground that the defendants breached their fiduciary obligations in failing to disclose material facts, judgment for defendants unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — -Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Adel and Taylor, JJ.
