In an action to foreclose a mortgage on real property, the appeal is from an order denying appellant’s motion for summary judgment striking out the answer, pursuant to rule 113 of the Rules of Civil Practice. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Wenzel, Beldock, Murphy and Ughetta, JJ., concur.
