Inasmuch as plaintiff, on appeal, does not contest that her attorney repeatedly neglected to respond to defendants’ [74]*74discovery demands, we decline to disturb the court’s disposition. Concur — Ellerin, J. P., Nardelli, Rubin, Andrias and Saxe, JJ.
