In re Keith E. Messiah, applying for stay of execution, supervisory and/or remedial writs and writs of habeas corpus, from the Criminal District Court, Parish of Orleans, Section G, No. 295-139.
Stay of execution granted. The eviden-tiary hearing set for August 11, 1990 is vacated, a new hearing to be conducted within a reasonable period of time. The stay granted herein remains in effect until set aside by this Court.
