Opinion

CAMPBELL, Acting Chief Judge.

In this appeal we affirm appellant’s conviction and sentence, however, we strike the imposition of community service in lieu of court costs pursuant to section 27.3455, Florida Statutes (1985). Appellant’s offense was committed prior to the effective date of the statute.

FRANK and HALL, JJ., concur.
