ON MOTION
ORDER
eBay, Inc., Half.com, Inc., and MercExchange, L.L.C. move to voluntarily dismiss MercExchange’s appeal.
Upon consideration thereof,
IT IS ORDERED THAT:

(3) Each side shall bear its own costs.
