Opinion

Motion by respondent to dismiss appeal for lack of prosecution, denied on condition that appellants argue or submit the appeal at the January 1961 Term. The appeal is ordered on the calendar for said term. On the court’s own motion, the appeal will be heard on the original papers and on printed briefs. Nolan, P. J., Beldoek, Christ, Pette and Brennan, JJ., concur.
