The 3 | parties state Petitioner Melvin Turner (“Petitioner”) died of natural causes on 4 | February 24, 2024, and stipulate the subject Petition should be dismissed as moot. Jd. 5 | at 2 (citing Griffey v. Lindsay, 349 F.3d 1157 (9th Cir. 2003). Having considered the 6 | Stipulation and finding good cause therefor, the court hereby ORDERS: 7 1.
