Order entered December 13,1893, amended by striking out the words “Judgment to be affirmed by this court, with costs,” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “ The appellant have leave to withdraw her appeal upon payment of the respondent’s costs in this court, including the fee for argument and ten dollars costs of this motion.”
