PER CURIAM.

The motion of Respondent Walter A. White that the appeal of Contestant Vinnie R. Meeker from a judgment granting him letters testamentary and admitting the last will and testament of Elizabeth McKee, deceased, to probate, be dismissed because not taken within the time allowed by law, is sustained and the appeal is ordered dismissed.
