On reargument, order denying defendant, appellant’s motion to vacate and set aside an ex parte order extending the receivership and amending said ex parte order in certain respects affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, on the authority of N. Y. Life Ins. Co. v. Fulton Development Corp. (265 N. Y. 348). Lazansky, P. J., Young, Hagarty, Carswell and Davis, JJ., concur. [See 242 App. Div. 834; ante, p. 604.]
