Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Based on the record, we grant certiorari and strike that portion of the order requiring discovery under Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.351; because of the objection, discovery must proceed under rule 1.310. See Fla. R. Civ. P. 1.351(b). As to the trial court’s determination that petitioners were not entitled to a protective order preventing the release of the requested documents, certiora-ri is denied.

GUNTHER, SHAHOOD and GROSS, JJ., concur.
