Opinion

—In an action to recover damages for breach of contract, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Coppola, J.), entered May 21, 1991, which sua sponte transferred the action from the Supreme Court to the Harrison Town Court.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs, for reasons stated by Justice Coppola at the Supreme Court. Thompson, J. P., Sullivan, Ritter and Santucci, JJ., concur.
