HARDY, Judge.

This appeal from judgment in favor of plaintiff in the amount of $9,500 has been fully considered in the opinion of the Court rendered this day in the companion suit of Oakes v. Alexander, No. 9608, on the docket of this court, 135 So.2d 513.

For the reasons assigned the judgment appealed from is affirmed at appellants’ cost.
