Suit for salary for period during which services of plaintiff were terminated, January 14, 1946, to January 19, 1947.

Upon a stipulation filed by the parties and upon the report of a commissioner recommending judgment in the agreed amount, under the decision in Simon v. United States, 113 C. Cls. 182; judgment for the plaintiff was entered in the sum of $4,581.91.
