Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Because section 47.011, Florida Statutes (1999) regarding venue does not apply to non-residents, and the affidavits presented show that the appellee was not a resident of Florida, we reverse the order-transferring venue. See Olmo v. Muro, 446 So.2d 233, 233 (Fla. 3d DCA 1984).

WARNER, C.J., STONE and STEVENSON, JJ., concur.
