Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Upon consideration of the petition, briefs and argument in this cause we conclude that the commission properly affirmed the deputy’s award of temporary total disability compensation, subject to future determination of permanent disability compensation [5]*5benefits for claimant’s back injury and psychiatric complications.

The writ of certiorari is accordingly discharged.
